Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources (HR), and a Ph.D. Her comprehensive academic foundation allows her to skillfully address the multifaceted challenges within the educational sector in addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Sharma is deeply committed to social causes. She leads an NGO (Deya Drishti Foundation) focused on creating positive societal change and uses her platform as a motivational speaker to inspire and uplift her audience. Recently, she has ventured into writing, publishing her first book, Beyond Boundaries: Exploring Indo-Nepal Relations, and is currently working on further literary projects.
